In Old English Common Law, Libera Lex referred to the Law of Freemen. The Founders took Latin names to protect their identity. Alexander Hamilton, John Jay & James Madison used the name Publius to write the Federalist Papers. In that spirit I created Libera Lex.
The first conspiracy was to make it impossible for anyone to believe in conspiracies. In fact, conspiracies are business as usual in America and elsewhere. It is much more likely that there is an agenda behind the obvious spin than a major event is just a coincidence or accident. It is done hiding in plain sight with so much contempt for the people that they do it openly more and more knowing that the people cannot believe in conspiracies and will actually cover their ears and run away if confronted by anything like a conspiracy. I also have had that happen to me, literally.
I say follow the money or power if you want to see what is behind the news. Is it just incompetence that BP and the entire US government just ignored the worst oil spill in history for something like two months, when skimmers that could have prevented the environmental damage were offered by several countries but turned down? Or is there another agenda? Perhaps the army of people around the White House with advanced degrees actually are not all just stupid incompetents and something else is going on...an agenda that is so important that it was worth looking incompetent to achieve it.
Perhaps the spill could be used to justify shutting down offshore drilling. Perhaps it could be used to justify pushing cap and trade thru the EPA backdoor when they couldn't get it thru Congress. Perhaps BP has more money to make by moving their offshore wells to Brazil. Perhaps it is a great way to distract America from other more insidious issues we have yet to recognize.
Multinational corporations and banks have always historically manipulated events. Governments, especially big centralized governments have ALWAYS manipulated their populations. If you think that it can't happen here, then you just bought into the second conspiracy. First, they don't exist. Second, they can't happen here because _____ (insert your own reason). They count on people covering their ears refusing to even think about the possibilities.
The sad thing is not that conspiracies happen, but how easily they can get away with it in plain sight. It's all there in our legislative history, a consistent pattern for the last 100 years or more, as well as in the historical record in general, if you bother to read...and not just conspiracy book, but law books, statues, history books and publications that the business as usual conspirators actually publish and make available in plain sight, such as American Affairs magazine, various websites, publications of the Trilateral Commission and man many more. Have you ever spent any time in a law library? Did you bother to learn something about statutory construction so you could understand the doublespeak in the bills they are passing, and did you ever bother to even read the bills?
If you ever did read any statutes, were you able to spot how they redefined the language so it would mean something different than normal conversational usage? Did you notice you are not a US Person or US Citizen (there are numerous definitions of a citizen that don't apply to you, or at least shouldn't unless you volunteered or were enticed by entitlements into Federal jurisdiction). You are not a Resident, are not an individual, are not a person made liable to file tax returns, are not required under the 2010 census to comply - it isn't even the census mentioned in the Constitution, but they used the same word so you would think it is. You don't live in a state as defined by most relevant statutes. And you don't own any private property at all, it is all now called personal property, which ultimately is controlled by the civil authority (remember you are not a person).
The founders taught us that there is only one thing, by the way, that ultimately defines freedom - private property. Only free people can own private property. What makes us free is the natural right to own private property, which can never be forcibly taken from you by government or anyone else. That is why the very first two amendments to the Constitution were designed to protect your private property. Freedom of speech protects the most basic property that leads to all the rest - your intellectual property. If you cannot speak and think freely you cannot accumulate private property. The right to bear arms - well, you need to protect your private property from forcibly being taken from you. Think about the Supreme Court ruling on eminent domain in recent years. Do you actually have real ownership of your home? No, you do not. They can take it from you merely by deciding that that it is for the greater good of the community, say that a condo development brings in more property taxes than your single family home for example (the case the Supreme Court ruled on as I recall).
These words have been redefined in the statutes - they look like conversational English but they mean the opposite of what you mean when you say them. You are not even a driver and don't own a motor vehicle. If you don't even understand the legal effect of the words (legal terms now) being used, then they control your perception - and he who controls the definitions wins.
By dumbing people down thru an incompetent educational system, making them more and more dependent on entitlements from a central government, making them less and less personally responsible for their own lives people have been turned into children psychologically, de facto 'wards of the state' looking to a patriarchal parent figure in Washington to take care of most important things for them. In such a condition these children literally under law have no legal standing to actually demand any natural rights (from God), so they are given "civil rights," which are defined by the "civil" authority they have opted into through ignorance. But what happens when children are abused by their parents? They actually repress the memory in most cases - and cover their ears if you try to talk to them about it. If our fathers in Washington D.C. have been giving it to us for years, we've learned to justify it, it was our fault, we deserved it, this is how he loves us. If you try to tell them anything else they cover their ears and run away.
If you choose to have an opinion about conspiracies one way or the other, but haven't bothered to do any personal research and have never seen the inside of a law library then it is just an opinion - and you know what they say about opinions - everybody has one.
You speak it like Elijah on the mountain and I couldn't agree more profoundly with you. It is indeed a painful sight to behold one's brethren wander through life bearing a raft of obligations and duties he believes are his through laws he has never seen, never read, cannot even name, conditioned never to question the official line, or claim his sovereign natural rights. The biggest lie of all is that he is free, one of the lucky few, living in the free world, and if the price of that freedom is freedom, well, he'll be the first to pay it cos freedom's worth it!!
ReplyDeleteYou attempt to introduce to him that his brainwashing is a falsehood and he dismisses you as paranoid. It is indeed like the abused child in denial. The analogy is so perfect. Says: Mommy and daddy are good. Mommy and daddy love me. Don't you say they don't, crazy person! Thinks: If I keep doing what mommy and daddy want they will love me, I know they will.
